Daniel Pomerance
Head Coach, Owner & Founder
Daniel grew up in Gaithersburg, Maryland, where his love for soccer was ignited at a young age. From the beginning, he had one goal — to go pro. His journey started with local clubs like OBGC Lions and Potomac and continued at Quince Orchard High School, where he proudly served as captain for both the JV and varsity teams. He went on to play at Shepherd University in the NCAA, balancing his collegiate career with summer stints on the Alexandria Reds UPSL and NPSL teams.
His passion for the game eventually took him to Germany, where he signed his first professional contract with MSV Pampow after half a year of intense trials. Although he later returned to the U.S. to continue his playing career, he knew there was something greater he wanted to build beyond himself.
That vision became P90. Having experienced firsthand what it feels like to be overlooked by the soccer system, Daniel understands the frustration many talented young players face. Through P90, he is committed to changing that narrative — focusing on player development, passion, and personalized attention. Alongside his team, he is dedicated to creating real opportunities, fostering growth, and helping young athletes reach their full potential, no matter where they begin.
Laki Psallidas
Head Coach, Project 90
Laki Psallidas is a head coach at Project 90 and a lifelong student of the game. He developed through OBGC, Baltimore Armour Academy, and McLean 01 Green before continuing his collegiate career at Marymount University and then transferring to Frostburg State University.
Laki has built his coaching foundation on creating a winning culture rooted in unity, discipline, and high standards. He teaches players that real success is earned together. Individual talent matters — but commitment to the group defines the outcome.
Driven by a genuine love for the game, Laki is fully invested in helping players reach their goals. He pushes players beyond limits they didn’t know they could reach, demanding focus, resilience, and accountability every step of the way. Growth is expected. Comfort is not.
At Project 90, development requires more than talent — it requires character under pressure.
Larry Agyei
Head Coach, Project 90
Larry Agyei is a former collegiate athlete for DeSales University Men’s Soccer Team. During his high school days, Agyei played for Laurel Lions, and spent his final years at Potomac Soccer Association. Agyei also had the chance to represent and captain the Quince Orchard Boy’s Varsity Soccer Team for two years. He currently plays semi-professionally with MSI Pro. Agyei’s goals for coaching are to create mentally strong players on the field, and well-disciplined individuals off of it. He hopes to share his love for the game with the next generation of players, and help give them the confidence and belief that they can achieve anything that they set their minds to.
